Intro

ANCHOVY. was approached by Eat Sleep Recover, a personalised nutrition and peak performance program focused on improving peoples lifestyle. It was up to us to take the program to the next level by optimising their landing page and dashboard. To close the loop we came up with an email and Facebook campaign which would generate and maintain traffic on the sites.

User Behaviour Data Report

User Testing Sessions

We ran 5 user tests where people are recorded while completing a series of tasks designed to provide insight as to how users interact with the website. These recordings were then analysed in order to provide a solid foundation to the wire-framing phase of both the landing page and the dashboard.

PANEL SETUP

The testing panel was made up of people who fit into Eat Sleep Recover’s main audience – namely women in the 40-55 year age range. All these respondents were provided with a script presenting a set of scenarios in order to put them in the right mindset as a potential user of the platform.

TEST RESULTS

From these tests we had a list with a large variety of amendments from re-evaluating mobile navigation to integrating a vegetarian plan. We also had to optimise other user flows and we did this by improving the sign-up flow, integrating a clear overview of the dashboard, re-evaluating the messaging on the site and other multiple other tasks.

Landing Page

All traffic generated by online campaigns will lead to the Eat Sleep Recover landing page, which purpose is to inform people about their program. Since this is where we have to get people to sign up to the program, we had to make sure we deliver the message at its best. Once people click to sign up, it will bring them to the dashboard.

It primarily allows you to define the information hierarchy of your design, making it easier for you to plan the layout according to how you want your user to process the information. The overview of the dashboard is very important to the essence of the Eat Sleep Recover program, proper guidance is essential. Therefore it had to be not only good looking, but also very easy to navigate through.

PROMOTING THE ELITE

One of the main goals was to get free users to sign up to the paid Elite plan. The Elite plan includes many exclusive features that help to reach your goal faster and because of their importance we decided to show them underneath the free sections.

Once users are subscribed to the Elite plan, the dashboards’ overview page changes and shows sections that give you quick access to the new unlocked features. Within these sections different aspects of the new features are being highlighted and they will change on a daily basis according to your plan.

ADDED FEATURES

To make sure the customer has the best and easiest experience using the dashboard, we added a meal calendar which gives the user a clear overview of his meals of the week. Within this calendar they can easily add, view and remove meals. We added this calendar to the Elite plan so we would create even more interest for customers to upgrade.

The previous dashboard only gave the customers information about their approved and unapproved nutritions. So we came up with the idea to also provide the Elite users with recipes that are created by Eat Sleep Recover professionals. And to even make it better we integrated the option that users can create their own recipes according to their approved nutritions.

The world has rapidly shifted to largely preferring mobile engagements. That is why it is important to us that the website works properly on all devices. Even though the Eat Sleep Recover website has a lot of information and actions users can take, we managed to structure it in a beneficial way for the user.

THE RESULT

The segments were deployed throughout all email automation and marketing efforts in order to make sure that our audience receives the perfect message.

The Final Result

Eat Sleep Recover were really pleased with the outcome of the project. Not only has the websites and social channels been revamped, but also the core business plan has been optimised to a greater level of success.
