Sherriesestates.com is malta’s leading garden centre which gets over 10,000 visitors a month organically to their website as a result of their excellent reputation.

Situation

Sherries website was converting at 0.94% while the industry benchmark is 3% so there was a huge opportunity to increase their sales through conversion rate optimisation.

Through the years, ANCHOVY. has developed a 13 item CRO checklist. From our experience, we have concluded that they are 13 pain-points that websites and apps most commonly suffer from.

When auditing sherriesestates.com, we found out that 10 out of 13 items were missing!

This led us to undergo three exercises to tackle 3/10 of the missing items and prove that our methodology would bring a better-converting website for the future.

Action Plan

ANCHOVY. underwent the following three CRO checklist items:

Implementing convincing copywriting on their homepage.

Taking a photoshoot to capture shots of the brand’s culture and expertise.

Listing main benefits clearly on the homepage.

From inception to implementation, these took ANCHOVY. two weeks to complete.
